March 2-4, 2012 sale REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!!! Consignors have until Mon., March 1 at 5 p.m. to register, enter items & print tags.

All of the steps involved in consignor registration can now be taken care using our online software program.  Login to our online software program using the appropriate button below for returning consignors or new consignors:

1.  In our online software program you will also be asked to read and accept our Consignor Agreement before you can proceed.  Please click on this link,  Consignor Agreement; print, sign and date it; and bring it to your drop off appointment.

2.  You will be prompted to pay your consignor registration fee of $10 via Pay Pal through this program.  This fee is used to defray some of our marketing, location rental, and labor costs.  The registration fee reserves your spot as a consignor.  Consignor registration fees are non-refundable.

3.  You will also be asked to sign up for a drop-off appointment.  You will be bringing your tagged items to the fairgrounds during a particular 30-minute time slot the Monday - Wednesday before the sale.

4.  You will also be given the opportunity to sign up for one or more volunteer shifts.  There are a number of benefits to volunteering at our sale including receiving a higher percentage of profit and access to our Private Pre-Sale permitting you to shop before the public on Friday.

Returning Consignors:
If you've participated in a past sale or have ever been issued a consignor number, click below.

New Consignors:
Register and receive a consignor number.  With this number you'll be able to create tags for your kids' items using our online tool.  During registration you will be asked for some basic contact information. We will use this to send you detailed instructions on next steps and to mail your check after the sale. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with any third parties.
